Aiming to get an edge over its competitors this holiday season, Sears Holding Corp. mimics a Christmas club account and encourage their customers to save for their Christmas presents.
This launch had followed Sears' move last holiday season to resurrect its layaway program. According to a survey by National Retail Federation, shoppers like the idea of saving ahead of Christmas.
